Welcome To Tenbury Team Ministry

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. We are a group of twelve Anglican churches stretching from the Teme Valley up the slope of Clee Hill, and taking in parts of Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire

We are churches on a journey; "learning to live life with God...and each other." Look around the site click on the links above or if you are in the area, drop in to any of our churches and see us.

PRAYER FOR A PANDEMIC.

May we who are merely inconvenienced Remember those whose lives are at stake. May we who have no risk factors Remember those most vulnerable. May we who have the luxury of working from home Remember those who must choose between preserving their health or paying their rent. May we who have the flexibility to care for our children when their schools close Remember those who have no options. May we who have to cancel our holidays Remember those that have no safe place to go. May we who are losing our money in the tumult of the economic market Remember those who have no margin at all. May we who settle in for a quarantine at home Remember those who have no home. As fear grips our country, let us choose love. During this time when we cannot physically wrap our arms around each other, Let us yet find ways to be the loving embrace of God to our neighbours. Amen

DAILY HOPE PHONE LINE

Daily Hope offers music, prayers and reflections as well as full worship services from the Church of EnglandGod of hope, in these times of change, unite our nation and guide our leaders with your wisdom. Give us courage to overcome our fears, and help us to build a future in which all may pro at the end of a telephone line. A Church of England initiative in partnership with CONNECTIONS at Holy Trinity Claygate, and Faith in Later Life the line – which is available 24 hours a day on 0800 804 8044 – has been set up particularly with those in mind who are unable to join online church services during this period of restrictions

COLLECT.

Almighty God, in Christ you make all things new: transform the poverty of our nature by the riches of your grace, and in the renewal of our lives make known your heavenly glory; through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord, who is alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
One God, now and for ever.

TENBURY TEAM MINISTRY FOOD BANK.

There is a food bank running from Tenbury Cornerstone and we always need supplies especially of tinned meat, fish, pies, baked beans, other meat or vegetarian dishes and longlife milk. There is a basket under the noticeboard in St Mary’s Tenbury for donations of food or give to clergy/churchwardens. Cash donations are also welcome so we can buy foods. Many thanks
